Internships
Rectron hosts a Contact Centre Internship annually with the aim of absorbing as meany learners into our organisation at the conculsion of the learnership as possible. During 2019, all 7 Learners were offered permanent positions. Applicants must be in their final year of their qualification
Learnerships
Rectron works with a local training provider every year to provide 100 school leavers with technical skills through our extensive learnership programme Applicants must have a Matric Certificate, indicating that you have passed English and Mathematical Literacy or Mathematics, will also suffice. Be willing to commit yourself to a 12-month programme.
