Our logistics operations cater for the needs of resellers, value-added resellers, sub-distributors, e-commerce retailers and traditional retail outlets. Logistics facilities are backed by advanced systems, support systems at our five national branches, efficient stock control, automated warehousing, online ordering, an inhouse vehicle fleet system and reliable national and regional courier systems and services. Regional Operations Managers control stock and ensure convenient and satisfactory service delivery.
Our automated warehouse is eight storeys high and 28 levels deep, storing over 3000 pallets of goods. Seven cranes run in tandem at 3 meters per second, so the warehouse is technologically advanced. Our investment in warehousing technology produces working efficiencies, protects stock from accidental damage and enables high volumes of stock to be processed and prepared for sale and for delivery.
Our fleet delivers an average of 500 orders every working day within a 120 kilometre radius of our five national branches. For outlying areas beyond our fleet’s reach, we make use of trusted courier partnerships to deliver goods via courier, door to door. Local deliveries are concluded within 24 hours, with some clients receiving more than one delivery on any given day.
With a 48-hour lead time, we deliver to all major centres and we can deliver to outlying areas within 72 hours.
